Project Manager - EPC / EPM - Mumbai Location Project Manager - EPC / EPM - Mumbai Location One of our leading EPC / EPCM CLient - Should be a Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) with hands on experience of handling a multidisciplinary EPC/ EPCM/ Engg Project in the field of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical Fertilizers; Should have 10 15 years experience having worked in various capacities Knowledge : Sound knowledge latest Project Management techniques, Procudure; should have working Knowledge on project planning control; Productivity norms and costs; Contract Administration ; Awareness of modern erection tools techniques; working knowledge of Primavera, Ms Project MS Office. To execute a project within stipulated time, cost, quality and safety parameters, efficient resource planning, prepare control budget, identify the contractors and co-ordinate with RCM, clients, vendors/ SCM on a day to day basis and managing milestones. Make site visit and monitor the function; Identify the future requirement of resources; Data collection for future reference and use; Identify items for extra claims and advise RCM for lodging / preparing Claims / Considering site conditions; Processing Contracntor bills and claims for payment; Using analytical, conceptual and planning skills, organizing with the help of RCM for Pre-commissioning and commissioning and PG test runs for the plant
