Job Description

Profile: IT Project Manager- JavaJob Location: Ghatkopar East, MumbaiSalary offered: 20 - 25 LacsMinimum experience: 10 yrsWorking days: Monday - Friday (First Saturday working)Working hours: 9:30 am - 7:00 pmNotice period: 30 daysJob DescriptionRoles and Responsibility

  • Overall management and implementation of complex and/or larger multifaceted projects/platform/product
  • Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects using proven methods and techniques.
  • Participates in all client meetings and is especially involved in start-up and closure meetings
  • Perform high-level assessment of the business, functional, technical and nontechnical requirements of the project.
  • Prepare a detailed project plan/work breakdown structure that includes functional and activity decomposition matrix for all new projects and key milestones for each phase of the SDLC.
  • Coordinate with management in introducing new processes/standards or improving the existing ones.
  • Co-ordinate with functional/BAs/client for requirements and status updates of the project.
  • Monitor UAT on an ongoing basis for validity, impact and closure of issues with Technical Leads.
  • Manage and implement/support major system enhancements by establishing appropriate change management procedures
  • Prepare project reports and matrices to be presented to Senior management
Skill Set
  • Proven track records for designing and delivering a large complex multifaceted projects or leading a product team of 20+ team members on J2EE.
  • Technical Experience on Advance Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, JPA, Hibernate and other similar technologies
  • Experience on Cloud computing AWS/Azure
  • Experience of Integration with other application using ESB / Integration tools
  • Strong status reporting and management of expectations
  • Should be well versed in agile development methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PMP/PRINCE2/ Scrum Master Certificates is an added advantage
  • Able to groom exceptional performers
