KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in business case development and project goal creation and analysis. Create, maintain and monitor project management processes to ensure excellence in execution. Gather requirements from key stakeholders for various Platform team initiatives. Drive project from inception to completion, including identifying and managing risks, while navigating hurdles and resolving issues in realtime to successfully complete projects on time with minimal resources. Continually evolve the project management process to ensure optimal efficiency and timeliness. Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the product and engineering teams by defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously. Anticipate workload and the resources needed while working closely with senior management and product/ engineering teams to coordinate and support work needed to achieve defined platform goals. REQUIREMENTS: B. E. / B- Tech required. MBA preferred, but not necessary. 5+ years combined experience in project and/ or product management, strategic planning and/ or business operations in the technology/ internet space. Passion and deep understanding of the technology, media and entertainment spaces. Demonstrated ability to provide project/ product management and guidance to internal teams and business partners. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, product managers, engineers and senior leadership. Demonstrated experience overseeing a project from inception to completion. Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus constraints. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Successful history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job done. Experience working in global cross- functional teams. Expertise in all Google Office suite and Microsoft Office suite programs. Knowledge of Project and/ or Product Management tools. Genuine, ambitious, open- minded, great conversationalist, positive attitude, and fun to be around.,
