Job Description

    Recruitment assessments - some of our roles use assessments to help us understand how suitable you are for the role youve applied to. If you are invited to take an assessment, this is great news.     • Perform production support activities by providing issue analysis & resolution within the specified SLA, subject to severity of the issue.
    • Analyse issues reported by business users on priority without delay & provide proper solutions to ensure 0% reopening of tickets.
    • Must mentor teammates technically in terms of analysis / resolving issues.
    • Manage Remedy Ticket assignment & perform health checks as part of daily PSS routine.
    • Identify root cause for the production issues. Raise fixes to development team after first level of interval review.
    • Provide Support to Change Management, Release Management, SCM Process & Projects.
    • Must quickly grasp current PSS processes with correct understanding & execute the same with minimal mentoring.
    • Must be willing to work in shifts / weekends as & when required based on PSS needs.

    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
    • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
    Our Ideal Candidate
    • Should be an expert in writing PL / SQL queries, Java stored procedures preferably for banking / financial projects.
    • Should have strong knowledge in Oracle DB and SQL DB.
    • Fair knowledge in UNIX, LINUX & shell scripts will be an added advantage.
    • Must possess good Communication skills both written and verbal.
