Handling purchase requisition of various departments. To ensure purchase at most competitive price by inviting offers from various suppliers. Follow up with vendors/suppliers for meeting target delivery dates. To regularly update new developments in market and share the same information with seniors. Interaction co-ordination with stores for incoming outgoing material inspection etc. Timely settling of invoices/claims of suppliers with proper documentation. Maintaining precise purchase records. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders damaged goods. Understand the priorities initiate action proactively. Well conversant with MS Office. Preferably 2-3 yrs.
