Job Description

- Facilitate Project Manager Self Reviews- Conduct formal QA reviews to objectively evaluate- Provide formal QA review reports and track non-compliance items to closure- Update QMS- Reporting to senior management on process complianceContributing ResponsibilitiesMaintain a QA plan for projects and maintenance activities setting out the QA activities which will be undertaken and when.- The effectiveness of and the adherence to the processes and products expected by appropriate use of ISPL QMS- Coach and support the Development team managers and Project Managers to identify, correct and apply learnings with respect to- shortfalls identified with adherence to ISPL QMS expected practices- improvements or adjustments required to the lifecycle and processes themselves- Collate, analyse and report monthly QA performance indicators on project and maintenance activities. - Participate in process improvement initiatives and completes or assist in QA related projects or duties as assigned.- Provide weekly and monthly activity report when requested-Coaching teams on agile processesTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesThe ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of:IT Quality managementProviding a QA function to IT projectsDeployment of CMMI practicesHas played the role of Process Consultant / or Software Quality Assurance executiveCoaching teams on agile scrum processesSoft SkillsAbility to manage change with easeStrong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time and people effectively.Ability to build positive relationship with internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Be a good team player especially in the context of an extended teamFollow and spread the BNPP professional behaviours which are: Commitment, Creativity, Ambition and ResponsivenessProvide excellence in terms of quality of deliveries and quality of Service Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of:IT project and quality managementProviding a QA function to IT projectsDeployment of CMMI practicesHas played the role of Process Consultant / Software Quality Assurance executiveBusiness SkillsExperience in working in Financial Services will be preferred.Specific Qualifications (if required)Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum MasterSkills ReferentialBehaviouralSkills:Ability to collaborate / TeamworkAttention to detail / rigorCommunication skills - oral & writtenAbility to share / pass on knowledgeTransversal Skills:Ability to develop and adapt a processAbility to inspire others & generate peoples commitmentAbility to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, trainingChoose an item.Choose an item.Education Level:Bachelor Degree or equivalentExperience LevelAt least 7 yearsOther/Specific Qualifications(if required),
