Designation: QA/QC Manager Location: Boisar , Palghar Experience: Essential - 10 - 15 years Responsibilities: Development of QAP, Test procedures, Inspection plans and TDC Corrective actions on system non-conformities(%) Interaction with the Marketing department with reference to inquiry/contract review HOD Efficency (Target - %) Analysis of Data and continual improvement(Target- %) Quality Control and identify Preventive Action 4M (Man, Machine, Material , Method ) Control Monitoring of QMS process performance Control and analysis of Monthly Rejection and Rework(Target- %) Monitor 5S Key Activities Ensuring all worker and Superviosor are using PPE and Safely working Development of QAP, Test procedures, Inspection plans and TDC Manage and control the overall functioning of the quality assurance department. Quality Control Plan on product Proper Manpower and Material management Control and analysis of Monthly Rejection and Rework To check and maintain product Quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures To Create Awareness among the Inpectors,Engineer ,Staff and Workers for QC inspection Methods and Quality issues related to it Liaison with Certification body / external body Responsible for conducting timely internal audit and ensure conformities in system and process Monitoring of QMS process performance To maintain highest Quality standards and improvement of quality control procedures to implement various requiremnets of ASTM,ASME ,JIS and DIN standards To Enhance Customer Satisfaction and communication with other dept for awareness of quality issues To check and investigate customer complaints and Non- Conformance issues. And ensure all quality related issues are resolved on time Informing the inspection requirement to Inspectors Root cause analysis of Any Non- Conformance in Product and make preventive action plan Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the Quality system Review all inspection reports on day to day basis Reporting top management on performance of quality management system. Monitor proper calibration of Testing Machines/ Equipments and Measuring instruments 5s, Kaizen and Training to Staff & Workers Incoming and Outcoming Material Proper flow up . Ensure Stage wise inpspection are carried our as required and related reports are generated To Provide Techinical Support to production and Marketing Team To Conduct MRM and maintaining records of trends of MRM and CAPA against inhouse and Customer complaints Performance monitoring All Inspector,supervisors & Workers of QC Dept.
