Experiencein remediating accessibility issues in websites and applications (both desktopand mobile), electronic documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and multimedia(video). Strongbackground in the implementation of current ARIA best practices for theinteractive UI. Experiencewith assistive technology and accessibility standards like WCAG 2. 0, 2. 1, Section 508. Proficiencywith assistive technology including screen reader (JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover orother screen readers), screen magnification software. Understandingof why and how to build products that are accessible to everyone including PwD. Knowledgeof accessibility concepts. Understandusers needs and how they affect software development Extensiveexperience with the following assistive technologies will be crucial: JAWS/ NVDAscreen readers DragonNaturally Speaking voice recognition software Zoomtext/ Supernova/ MAGic magnification software Texthelp Read and Write Gold dyslexia software Certifications :IAAP (International Association of Accessibility Professionals)&WAS (Web Accessibility Specialist)is required 1 Job Description 24to 7 years of experience Experiencewith assistive technology and accessibility standards like WCAG 2. 0, 2. 1, Section 508.
