Job Description

    Supervision of process flow at various production stages.2. To check the quality of finished product at the packing area.3. Monitoring the implementation of CCPs on the shop floor.4. To supervise the hygiene activities.5. To monitor the effectiveness of production hygiene && to make alteration if necessary.6. To maintain records for traceability of product.7. Verifying && monitoring the prepared work instructions for machines && Equipment on floor.8. Checking and verifying Process PRPs, OPRPs on floor.9. Identifying && classifying the training needs on floor, and providing the training to workers.10. Ensuring and managing the Food safety and quality on floor.11. Ensuring Rejected, on hold or Quarantined products are maintained and labeled.12. Inspection of Received Raw materials and their Quality and labelling parameters
