Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • Good Knowledge of Audit and QA related activities i.e., dip check, calibration, briefings etcetera
    • Coaching and feedback handling skills required
    • Knowledge on 7 QC tools to analyze the data or identify the opportunities from audits.
    • Should have knowledge on MS office, excel, ppt, word.
    • Good communication skills verbal and written or any other language if required.
    • Able to perform regular audit checks on business-defined compliance requirements.
    • Ability to prepare audit reports/ compliance reports if required.
    • Prepare RCA and able to provide the inputs from call listening or data.
    • Ensuring compliances with various internal mandates for the team.
    • Publish Dashboards at defined intervals and provide data inputs to internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports and analysis.
    • Promotes clients vision, values, and services to all customers and stakeholders.
    Applicants Specifications & Qualification:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication (English) Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience performing Transaction monitoring audits and providing feedback.
    • The candidate should be a Graduate/ Postgraduate The candidate should have excellent problem-solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills Knowledge of usage of MS tools-Intermediate level (Excel, word, PowerPoint) Good Knowledge of QA Audit and Evaluation function Coaching and objection handling skills Good understanding of QA calibration Very Good Analytical Skills Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter Must be ready to Work from Office and is flexible in working in Rotational Shifts.
