Quality Control ChemistOperation and Cleaning of Equipment used in the process area. On line monitoring of the environment conditions in process area. Trouble shooting of the equipment during process. BMR / BPR filing during process area. Calibration and verification of the balances used in the process area. Dispensing of Raw and packing material. Maintaining the daily logs of the process area. Manufacturing and packing of the products as per BMR / BPR. Candidate Profile: To effectively produce quality products meeting regulatory requirements utilizing the technical expertise on machine operation & its maintenance. Responsibilities: 1 Approve batches, incoming raw materials, and routine analysis of the different samples to classify their physical and chemical identity. 2 Must be able to perform analysis from the following a nalytical equipment: FT-IR, CG, HPLC, KF-TITRATOR, REFRACTOMETER, SCALES, OVEN, PYC NOMETER, ETC. 3 Maintain all analytical equipment according to the sche dule and Standard Operating Procedures. 4 Complete all paperwork related to the analysis (Calib ration Log, Finished Goods Log, Raw Materials Log, ETC.) 5 Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines. 6 Validation and development of analytical methods, al so validation of manufacturing equipment, production lines and products. 7 Review and Update test methods and procedures according to SOP. 8 Prepare reports to document findings and recommendat ions. 9 Coordinate with personnel in other disciplines to inte grate findings and recommendations. 10Must be have computer skills (Word, Excel and instrumentation software) 11 Strong interpersonal, writing, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a team. 12 The Chemist reports directly to the Director of Technica l Services at American Blending and Filling. 13 Handling of production equipment. 14 Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR / BPR etc.Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 4 Lac P.A.
