Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Production Management-Coordination with design team and proof reading technical drawings for furnitureAbsolute expertise in furniture manufacturing and engineeringExpertise and knowledge in costing of furnitureReady to work in target based company working setupExperience in modular, carpentry, solid wood etc.Build the production team, establish and implement control system and SOP, provide training to shop floor to ensure on time delivery. Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, performance standards and expectations through objectives and result tracking. Providing feedback and taking corrective actions as appropriate.a) Making Yearly/ Qty. / Monthly target Plan and Monitoring for the execution.b) Monitoring processes to identify deviations leading to Loss of Production efficiency, defects and rejections.c) Undertaking relevant modifications to achieve a state of process control and ensure manufacture of products meeting pre-determined specifications and quality attributes.d) Prepare the weekly / monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly MIS report and present to managementQuality Assurance-In depth understanding of quality of raw materials used in furniture industryQuality testing for various products in a structured mannerTo plan, schedule and inspect quality of incoming and outgoing goods.Preparing and maintaining necessary reports related to QC inspected materials.Daily review of MIS report.To update accurate QC order status in OFT system.Monitoring daily 5s activities.Provide training to workers related to material handling.Highlight merchant for issues related to material quality and packaging.Proactively interact with customers and vendors for resolving quality issues.Analyzing and producing the technical requirements and specifications and recommending process modifications based on client requirements.Implementing quality systems in the organization to reduce the defects and ensure zero defect products by implementing various techniques (7QC Tools) for Problem Solving.Establish and maintain quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) system, SOP, product standard and check list and build quality team.Ensure delivering quality products meeting standard for customer satisfaction.Preparing documents for standard room quality systems, work instructions, SOPs, calibration records etc.Co-ordination Audit and Customer complaintPeriodic manufacturing Process and Product Audit, its analysis and close looping of action plans through corrective and preventive actions.Flipspaces Technology Pvt.
