Job Details :Mission of the Function : To Lead the - Transmission and Distribution - Quality function pan India and implement envisaged Quality Assurance & Control Plan of the Project at sites as per the contractual requirements and statutory needs - Dimensions of the Function: Has to interact with the Transmission and Distribution - Management and implement Has to handle variety of non-conformances thereby develop and ensure implementation of proposed quality plan. Skilful handling of experienced site employees will be a task ahead. Contacts : Internal - Transmission and Distribution Management, Design Team, Execution Team, Quality Team, Safety Team External - Consultants, End Customer, Sub-contractors, Statutory Authorities Areas Of Responsibilities : Priority Description Responsibility Measurement 1) Implement / Prepare quality procedures and documentations systems considering the project requirements and needs. Methodical Support to project sites so as to ensure a quality Installation output. 100% Customer / Consultant Feedback on QAP implementation, Non-conformance Reports on Quality of Workmanship 2) Data analysis of NCRs (Non Conformance Reports) and timely support quality team in presenting to respective project leaders for corrective and preventive actions 100% Customer complaint or NCR (Internal + External) shall not be left pending beyond stipulated limit 3) Identify Risks in implementation and participate in continual improvement of quality systems at site. Follow up for Corrective and risk mitigation on non-conformity. 100% Customer complaint or NCR (Internal + External) Risk mitigation log 4) Review of NCRs on Quality audits in discussions with concerned Transmission and Distribution Leadership team Shared Customer complaint or NCR (Internal + External) shall not be left pending beyond stipulated limit 5) Consistent Demonstration & Technical Training Plan for Site Employees including skilled Subcontractor personnel on quality construction & Installation works 100% Training : Plan Vs. Actual Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge) Technology : HVAC / Firefighting / Plumbing/Electrical Basic : Methodology - Technically sound knowledge on Transmission and Distribution - Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering. - Should have 12-15 years or more of professional experience in handling of construction & Installation works for typical projects in Hotel, Industries, Commercial Buildings, Infrastructure Projects etc. Leadership Qualities : - Should be in a position to implement the quality processes developed at Installation sites with effective team work and buy-in of all involved. - Intercultural - Should be a team player and adapt to different work cultures without any regional inclinations Capabilities : Having an Edge on : - Unlimited Thinking, - Self Determination - Having Energy for - Initiative, Learning, - Change Orientation - Having Effective Communication Skills, - Networking built on Trust, Coaching & Mentoring, - Willing to be an effective Team Player Execution skills like : - Analytical, - Result and Quality Orientation. - Passion for Professional ethics, - Company Values.
