Job Description

    As the Quality Executive, you will be responsible for:1. Monitor Lead/Customer Interactions viaa. Inbound/Outbound Callb. Emailsc. Textsd. Whatsapp2. Design the rubric sheet as per laid down focused process3. Charter the OJT plan for all new joiners in conjunction with various teams4. Drive various effectiveness projects within the admissions team5. Identify TNI based on monitoring interactions and come up with weekly/monthlyKnowledge PKTs6. Have a weekly compliance audit conducted and reported for understanding the health ofthe business7. Keep an eye on TRAI/GDPR etc. regulations impacting the Admissions teamWhat is needed Experience1. 1-3 years in an Ed-tech/Educational institute monitoring interactions (should be readyfor an IC role)2. 2-4 years in a Tier 1 BPO handling the Quality function3. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnology:1. Comfortable with using CRM software LSQ experience will be preferred2. In-Depth knowledge in making/maintaining, and recording training sessionsonline/offlineEntrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a get-it-done attitude
