Job Description Willing to work in permanent night shift (Timing: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 PM IST or 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 PM IST) Excellent communication & writing skill in English as a language. Basic knowledge about Microsoft Word & Excel and typing skill. Candidate location preferably Western line (First Preference) , then in Central line upto Thane and Harbor line upto Panvel. Sound knowledge about pharmaceutical dosage forms , its indication and common product quality complaints that can occur. Good knowledge and experience in product quality complaints management , Code of Federal Regulations and its documentation practices (Not Mandatory) Experience in manufacturing / packaging product dosage forms or handling Quality Assurance (QA) activities at manufacturing / packaging location. (Not Mandatory) Experience in handling different types of application related to product complaints management like Trackwise. Qualifications Bachelor s degree of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Master s Degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm).
