320 - Client Software - R&D JOB DESCRIPTION & ROLE PROFILE Title: Senior Quality Assurance EngineerReports to: Director of SQABased at: MumbaiJob purpose: The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for analysing requirements , create detailed test cases and estimates. Has to ensure that standards set by the Director of QA are strictly followed. Tasks include preparing test plans , test execution , working with bug tracking tools and coordinating with all stake holders.Responsibilities and Accountabilities1. Analyze the requirements; create detailed test cases and estimates. Execute test cases.2. Consistently collaborate with developers , project managers , QA , DBAs and ensure that test coverage is sufficient.3. Perform API level testing via SoapUI.Skills & Knowledge1. Strong SQL / T - SQL knowledge is a must2. Web application testing3. API testing , SOAP / Web services testing4. Strong knowledge of SOAP UI or other similar API testing tools5. Knowledge of .NET Architecture / Web deployments / IIS configurationExperience 1. 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience preferred. 2. Very strong verbal and written communication skills.,
