Its important reading if you want to know our company better and really explore working with us:About Rebel Launcher :- Launcher is the first of its kind business model wherein we empower the success of brands across food missions by providing them access to an ecosystem of services - kitchen infrastructure, supply chain, last mile, culinary expertise and much more to help them scale in a profitable manner. What this means for their business is hyperlocal reach across 40 cities in the country.- We leverage and maximize the true potential of what we have built over the years, since our inception in 2012 and are set to fuel the next biggest revenue channel for Rebel. About the role :- Over the past 12 months, businesses all over the world have either adapted or shut shop.- At Rebel Foods we were well positioned to take advantage of the catastrophic events that played out.- Going out to grab a meal became a no-go and ordering in became the go-to.- As the pandemic continued to play out, the Launcher mode took shape.- The model allows brands to occupy space in our kitchens for a fixed monthly fee, a commission, utility charges and no other hidden outgoings.- We currently empower 400+ Internet Restaurants across 25+ Brand Partners in the Rebel ecosystem. - This is a techno-business role which would entail understanding the overall business model, driving improvement projects with cross functional teams & analyzing data to estimate impacts. - Being a growing organization, we are extremely tech oriented and believe in maximum automation.- Having a certain amount of tech knowledge would aid your efforts to get the role. - We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play. Responsibilities :- Champion for Launcher growth, drive partner expansion in Rebel network- Interact with Partners, SPOC for Partner operations in Rebel- Ensure Partner queries are solved within the defined timelines - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement & implementing solutions.- Solve Specific Business Problems through answers driven by Data- Drive projects across Tech, Operations, Supply Chain & external partnerships- Own and manage ongoing Projects, track progress & contribute to solutioning- Good collaborator, as you will be working with multiple functions like Product & Tech, Ops, SCM & finance- An action oriented person who is focused on speed of execution - A go-getter attitudeSkills Required :- Stakeholder management.- Logical and problem solving skills- Comfortable with Excel, word document, data- Confident with good communication skillsYour chances increase if you have the following :- Exposure to Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Consulting, Supply Chain Planning- Expert in Excel- Familiarity in SQL (running queries/ extracting reports etc.),
