Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 5.00 Lakh, commensurate with qualification and experience Upper Age Limit : Job Profile: : To manage the reception counter Handle and assist visitors, vendors and clients and direct persons to correct destination Deal with queries from the public and customers Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Maintain information of staff movements in and out of organization Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Provide general administrative and clerical support Prepare correspondence and documents Receive and sort mail and deliveries Organize conference and meeting room bookings Co- ordinate meetings and organize catering Monitor and maintain office equipment Control inventory relevant to reception area Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of reception area including co- ordination with newspaper suppliers, flower vendors Setting up a systematic system for arrangement and retrieval of letters, reports and documents.
