Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To efficiently measure and manage the transactions received to the company by their customers, a Reconciliation Officer must perform a wide range of job duties and responsibilities. These may include, but are not limited to:Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactionsGeneral ledger reconciliationsAccount reconciliations such as bank, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.Issue receipts to customers on receipt of paymentsPerforming daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable dataSupporting the month end processGenerating month end reportsSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial recordsAbility to identify errorsAppropriate handling of sensitive informationAbility to work to deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong client relationship management and customer service skillsIntermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packagesLocation ;Jogeshwari-Mumbai, Andheri-Mumbai, Vile Parle-Mumbai, Santacruz-Mumbai, Goregaon-Mumbai, Malad-Mumbai, Kandivali-Mumbai, Worli-Mumbai, Powai-Mumhai, Vikhroli-Mumbai, Oshiwara-Mumbai, Ghatkopar-Mumbai
