  • Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social
  • Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the clients needs
  • Build talent pipeline & talent mapping
  • Client relationship
  • Building rapport with both the clients & candidates
  • Offer negotiations & Background checks if required

  • Someone who has at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment (Agency or Corporate)
