Job Description

As a Recruiting Senior Professional in the Global Employee Service (GES) MIS Team, you will deliver a superior employee experience to senior leaders across the firm via reporting and analytics on various sub functions in the Global Recruitment Operations. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines. As part of your daily duties you will interact with operation managers at various levels related to a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail and accuracy of work while maintaining a high delivery standard, data confidentiality and ensuring data integrity.Essential Responsibilities:

  • Delivering performance dashboards, related process improvement identification and analysis for Global Recruitment Operations to help operate HR like a business.
  • Delivering reporting and analysis, ensuring consistent reporting processes, data definitions, and use of standardized reports.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop better solutions for report production and delivery
  • Conduct review of scorecard performance results and variance analysis of scorecard outcomes with functional units/clients.
  • The role also expands to participating in systems and data integration testing during system upgrades
  • Drive process improvements, including automation, on the processes/tools used to increase the capability & efficiency of reporting efforts
  • Strong focus on Risk & Controls including importance around data confidentiality
  • Drive innovative strategies for superior employee experience
Qualifications:Education: Minimum Graduate degree in any streamInformation Technology certification from an IT Education and Training Organization preferred2+ years working in a MIS reporting or similar role, ideally in Human Resources or related disciplineExperience using Business Intelligence tools like Business ObjectsExperience developing in data visualization Tool Tableau or QlikView will be an added plus.Advanced proficiency required in MS Excel (VBA knowledge is required)Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint to manage and share information with a variety of audiencesStrong verbal and written communication in English to effectively communicate with all levels of managementStrong analytical, problem solving and research skills, ability to apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutionsRequires attention to the details, audit skills, ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issuesAbility to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing initiativesStrong self-development focus.
