We assist customers with their digital transformation needs and work with them in creating new value by delivering unique services.Profile Summary: The incumbent will be responsible to manage end to end IT related talent acquisition.
    • You will be hiring resources like Desktop Support Engineers, Server and Network Engineers, Windows Server Engineers etc.
    • Sourcing and screening and shortlisting the relevant from profiles from various job portals and social networking sites.
    • Coordination with hiring managers to drive closures with ownership
    • Salary negotiation with the shortlisted candidates
    • Ensuring complete documentation as per the joining checklist
    • Reference check of the shortlisted candidates
    • Preparing and issuing offer letters to the selected candidates
    • Onboarding and Induction of the new joiners
    • Issuance of appointment letters to the new joiners
    Requirement:
    • You must have minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in the relevant field
    • Preferably you should be from IT industry
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Preferably you must have completed MBA in HR or any other relevant degree
    • Must have passion to learn and grow
    • Should be able to perform under pressure
    • Should be able to work independently
    • Stakeholder management skills
    • Good with MS office tools like outlook, excel, work and PPT
