    • Managing & closing all recruitment needs within the decided timeframe for each role of the company, JDs & Advertising
    • Craft relevant job descriptions, website advertising, social media recruitment updates & networking, - Sifting and selection of CVs, attending & scheduling interviews for all interview panel members (via zoom), maintaining the recruitment tracker & updating of the company resource plan.
    • Reference check, joining documentation (ID, certificates, employee documents) closing on offer letters within defined time frame, Continually developing a robust recruitment process.
    • Training the team members to maximize their potential.
    • Conducting performance reviews.
    • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
    • Excellent IT skills: competency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word,
    • Email, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
    • Supporting recruiting teams with clerical duties.
    • Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.
    • Helping with initial applicant screening.
    • Training the team members to maximize their potential.
    • Conducting performance reviews.
