Job Description

Position : Recruitment Manager / Senior ManagerReporting to: Site Head / Talent HeadLocation: MumbaiLooking for a Recruitment Manager from the BFSI Sector to handle BFSI openings in our organziationRole:

  • Take care of the companysbanking and financial services vertical hiring using various channels
  • Grow the vendor channel and bring on board new competent vendors
  • Should be able to manage a competent recruitmentteam
  • Should be able to hire profiles from banking and financial services vertical and Banking industry from a variety of sources
  • Should have experience in managing multiple vendors
  • 5+ years experience in Recruitment
  • Should be able to strategize go-to-market for new ways of hiring banking and financial services candidates
  • Should be able to assess and identify new recruitment partners
Education:
  • Graduation is amust
  • Should be anmba - preferable
