Job Description

    Location: Andheri EastJob Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and coordinating the hiring process. You should be knowledgeable about the jewellery industry, and be able to understand the specific needs of our businessResponsibilities:
    • Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
    • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture
    • Conduct in-person and phone interviews with potential candidates
    • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and team leaders
    • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and job requirements
    • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
    Requirements:
    • Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing
    • Strong understanding of the jewellery industry and the specific needs of a retail chain
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
