JOB DESCRIPTION:Role: Recruitment SpecialistCompany: Hi-Edge HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: VasaiEducation: Graduate Experience: 0-<1 Year (Freshers can apply)CTC Range: As per company standardsKey Job Responsibilities:OPERATIONAL:

  • Handle end to end recruitment process for the assigned clients
  • Source, screen and assess candidate profiles as per client requirements using various conventional and non-conventional channels
  • Timely delivery of business and team goals, work assignments and meet overall quality standards and processes set by the company
  • Guide, follow up and engage with the candidates
STRATEGIC:
  • Drive the most effective and targeted recruitment strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, interview process and candidate sourcing, assessment strategy etc.,
  • Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment process, Plan self and team improvement strategies,
  • Participate in learning about new technologies in the industry and recruitment best practice and skills training to ensure the highest success ratio
