Job Description

    • Responsibilities :Handle End to End RecruitmentScreen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV sent by the FranchiseOrganizing interviews for candidates as requested by the clientCheck with the candidates if they have attended the interviewSource candidates as per clients requirementReceive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client;Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client;Counselling and coaching candidates for interviewHelp in negotiating offerCall clients (Active / Inactive) to build and develop relationshipsUpload Job Description on Talent Now Portal and mail the same to all the FranchiseesDraft New Requirements / Job Form as per clients requirementAssist Franchisees on any queries regarding Client Requirement
    • Key Skills: Experience:Our ideal candidate would have relevant academic or minimum 1 year of working experience in HR, Corporate Sales or service-oriented environment.Able to work well independently and with minimal supervision;Should be able to handle pressureHigh levels of social perceptiveness and customer serviceSelf-driven, motivated and results oriented.
