Opening for Regional Key Accounts Manager (Project/ OEM Sales) South West-Building Material We at Hector Streak Consulting Pvt. Ltd. have an opening for the post of Regional Key Accounts Manager ( South West) with a well know Building Material company in India.Job Title- Regional Key Accounts Manager ( South West) Direct Reporting to : NSMDirect Reports : 3-4Location: Chennai or MumbaiJOB PURPOSE Will be responsible for OEM and Projects business (Volume and Revenue) for the RegionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key account mapping/ trials and conversions through KAMs and mapping of Mega KAM accounts and conversions(Self) Achieving volume and revenue targets for the Region on a monthly basisKey Account Management/ Mega KAM Engagement/ BD for retention and market shareBusiness Development Activities with KAMs/ Mega KAMs for value added servicesMaintaining right product mix in line with business objectivesKAM engagement and retentionIdentify and activate KAM account markets/ clusters project stockiest appointment/ trials/ conversionsCollection from project stockiest/ KAM accounts/ Mega Accounts as per defined NODsAchievement of Targeted Primary/ Secondary sales (both volume and value targets) with specific focuson premium productsShare objective with KAM/ Mega KAMsKey account opening (new accounts) and growth of existing accounts as per planMaintaining right product mix as per planDebtor management/ collections of O/ S in line with defined NODs and planKAM account productivity and shareEngagement activitiesQUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications: Graduate and MBASpecific experience -Around 8- 12 years in relevant industry/ preferably having managed OEM/ Projects business.Exposure to multiple states and should have managed a large teamOverall experience Same as above/ Working Knowledge of multiple markets essentialTarget Industries: Building Materials/ Construction Chemicals/ Wood/ Locks/ Paints/ Plywood / Fittings/ Fixtures/ Furniture,
