Job Description

    We are looking For Regional Manager with our FintechBased Client for Bangalore / Mumbai LocationDivision : ResearchDepartment Domestic Research BD- Capital MarketFunctional Responsibility / Domain Related
    1. To market & develop business to corporates, asset management companies, PEs, AIFs and offshore entities, across allocated geographies
    • Target and pitch to new high value clients/mandates in new segments.
    • New client acquisition (70%)
    • Should be able to independently identify relevant contact points, network and interact at senior management level with clients and prospects
    • Existing clients (30%) to identify new opportunities and grow wallet share
    • Senior management interactions
    2. Understanding of corporate strategic initiatives, investment industry, AIFs with regulatory landscape3. Basic understanding of ESG4. Will be responsible for feedback on product verticals and identify trends and new businessopportunities in the research space5. Coordinate with the analytical/research team to help develop new products andservicesProcess Adherence
    • Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
    • Presales Demo, respond to EOIs, RFPs, prepare proposals etc.
    • Provide inputs for and develop collaterals
    • Contract negotiation & closing
    • Billing responsibilities, meetings in Salesforce, manage sales receivables with collection team
    • Communication to client on franchise elements
    Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Financial concepts and business analysis
    • Innovative and solution orientation
    • Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines
    • Salesforce understanding would be very useful
    • Candidate must has experience in Research Products like Mutual Funds etc
