Job Description

What You ll Do

  • Build & lead the regional sales team for Uber in West India.
  • Explain the value proposition of advertising on Uber as a platform to media agencies & brands that could be prospective customers.
  • Identify prospect needs and understand business drivers behind requests
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via CRM
  • Understand lead qualification and prioritise effectively
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via CRM
  • Own the entire Order to Cash collection cycle for Advertising campaigns executed on Uber as a platform
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance team to build sales playbook that will be used to scale best practices globally and train our growing team
  • Execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings

What you ll need

  • A minimum of a Bachelor s degree.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience of managing a sales team. Previous Media Sales experience or exposure to the Media Agency ecosystem will be preferred.
  • Experience working on and exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrable experience using insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process.
  • Developing sales strategies and market pitch to respond to a dynamic market landscape.
