We seek a Senior Regional Sales Manager who will develop and manage key strategic channels and direct customers for Checkmarx in Mumbai . The main target is to grow Checkmarx market share by selling products and services to the region. The candidate will report directly to the RSM Team Lead (India) and will be based in Mumbai (travel as necessary).Responsibilities: Direct sales to enterprises / end- user organizationsProactively recruit new qualified partners based on need.Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resourcesCoordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectationsProactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basisUpdate activities and status of opportunities in CRMMeet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in territoryAchieve revenue goals for regionRequirements: At least 8 years of Enterprise Software Sales Experience Must At least 4 years of sales experience in Mumbai region Must Experience in Security Domain would be a plusA strong understanding of the software sales process and Channel SalesExperience in working with partners in Bangalore is a plusMaster degree in Business, Sales or Marketing is preferredExperience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.Experience in selling to End UsersSelf- motivated, learning skills, independent, knows how to take project from a- zExcellent presentation, phone & email communications skills,
