Job Description

    • Lead, manage, and initiate execution of key projects across FICC Markets Operations. Activities supporting the governance infrastructure and protocols of the program
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of Regulatory Projects, partnering closely with teams across Operations, Technology, Sales & Trading, Data & Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Finance and other corporate functions. This support team will include project/controls planning and analysis, driving or overseeing execution, and reporting of status to senior management
    • Conduct data collection, data analysis, and synthesis to develop recommendations for management or to inform management decisions
    • Leverage the latest digital tools and technologies to support development of scalable, leading-edge solutions. Providing reporting, analytical, communications and project support to senior Markets Operations management
    • Design and documentation of organizational and operational processes to support controls execution. Lead problem solving and data driven decision making inclusive of process design, re-engineering, and target state modelling
    • Requirements gathering and BRD/SBE creation for Projects. Vendor liaison and End to End Testing -trade booking, coordination & result validation
    • SOP Preparation and updates . Audit Preparation and updates. Manage a local team of project managers ensuring that all key projects are executed within the agreed timeframes and escalate where appropriate
    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
    • Alteryx, Trade lifecycle experience , Manager experience
    • Managing UAT cycles and issue management. Good IT and technical knowledge
    • Experience in improving processes and increasing efficiency. Experience in leading several complex systems conversion projects
    • Expertise in project management discipline and techniques. Aptitude for understanding complex information quickly
    • Experience in identifying risk and seeks to control and/or minimize risk and knows when to escalate issues
    • Ability to generate business recommendations to move execution process forward and to take initiative to conduct due diligence on new business ideas to determine feasibility
    • Ability to develop strong working relationships with members of the Business and Development teams. Regulatory experience across EMIR, CFTC, CA, SEC, BOI, SFTR & MFIDII
