Job Description

    A&H Capital is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Relationship Manager with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the Finance industry. If you have a knack for devising effective strategies, managing teams, and delivering tangible results, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in Business Loan, LAP, LRD, Agri Loan, and other financial products will be crucial to this role.1.Client Co-ordination:Act as a bridge between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of client requirements.Provide timely responses to client inquiries and concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.2.Managing Leads:Effectively manage and convert leads provided by the company into successful business opportunities.Develop strategies to identify potential clients and generate new leads within the target market.3.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to financial regulations and compliance standards.Handle the necessary documentation and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.4.Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.Provide excellent customer service, address client queries, and resolve issues to maintain long-term client loyalty.5.Qualifications and Skills:Masters degree in Finance, Business, Management.Strong knowledge of Business Loans, LAP, LRD, and Agricultural Loans.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
