Job Description

  • To build and nurture relationship with clients and generate business and revenue for the bank. To handle 30 to 35 clients at any time. To sell and cross sell various products offered by the bank to these customers.Key Performance Areas1. Engage with the identified priority customers in assigned geography for retention and growth2. Meet the targets allocated by the business vertical in terms of growth in the managed portfolio, NTB acquisitions through referrals and Cross Sell3. Providing personalized services to the identified top HNI Clients.4. To be a financial facilitator for HNI Clients and provide timely solution to fulfil customer needs and aspirations, including issues raised/escalated relating to customer service5. Deepen the relationships by cross selling Banks products and Services6. Ensure customer retention through constant engagement and personalized services7. Provide support to the branches to realize the full market potential of the area and build up a robust the client base and NR Portfolio8. Conduct market surveys, provide feedback to management,9. Organise/Conduct fests at branches/ clusters and run campaigns10. Be responsible for timely resolution of customer queries and complaints11.
