  • Work closely with FM Sales to agree and execute plan to deliver FM budgets to the expectations of CB and FM management
  • Optimising returns on portfolio of coverage clients.
Documentation
  • Ensuring any required documentation to trade FM products is in place and up to date, ie. Board Resolution, ISDA, etc.
Client Classifications
  • Work with FM to ensure clients are correctly Enterprise Appropriateness Framework (EAF) classified.
Client Tiering
  • Work with Portfolio and Acquisition Relationship Managers (RMs), FM Sales to ensure clients are tiered correctly into FM striped and portfolio coverage.
  • Data mine the client base to identify FM cross selling and product up tiering opportunities.
Dedicated Coverage
  • Work with FM Sales to formulate account plan, providing needs-based client solutions.
  • Ensure all striped clients have Product Plans and are aligned into the Account Plans.
  • Ensure periodic reviews of all product plans with FM Sales.
Portfolio Coverage
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of active and growing clients, optimising returns of the portfolio.
  • Increase E penetration to support bank s digitisation plan
Digitisation
  • Responsible for identifying, marketing and the end to end onboarding of target clients, hand holding clients where necessary, onto the right e-solutions, ie. API, Flowbanker, etc,
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s values and Code of Conduct taking personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics.
  • Lead the business to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Operation of Financial Markets; Financial Crime Prevention; The Right Environment
  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and in spirit, all applicable laws, regulations and local guidelines.
  • Keep up to date on all regulations related to FM to be able to initiate appropriate and high quality conversations / dialogue with the clients.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risk / conduct / compliance matters.
  • Ensuing all the Bank s internal policies and procedures are complied with.
  • Ensure all e-learning are completed on a timely basis
People and Talent
  • Embed the Group s values and culture
  • Coach peers and more junior staff as appropriate

  • Support local and group management to deliver any global / local projects / initiatives in-country.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum years of relevant experience in serving commercial/corporate clients. Excellen t financial analysis skills and ability to assess client s risks in connection with currencies, rates and commodities and mitigations
  • Sound product knowledge on FX and strong understanding of local industries, and market environment
  • Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations related to financial markets
  • Firm in all business guidelines and compliance issues relating to Financial markets
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets products
  • Good communication and presentation skills
