Revenue to be increased by 25% y-o-y basis . 20% incremental in book size. 6 NTB s to be onboarded during one calendar year.Coordinating and fulfilling all documentation requirementsDisbursal of approved limitsDevelop account plans (for higher exposure, higher NAR customers defined from time to time) for customer relationships with revenue and value-add objectives.Responsible for developing profitable and quality business to ensure profit targets as agreed are met, if not exceeded.Continuously upgrade and innovate sales techniques to maximize productivity.Contribute to the team s business plans for the expansion of business opportunities in strategic target areas and cross selling of productsPrepare call plans prior to customer visits to establish objectives and explore customer needs with the aim of matching products with the Customer Value Proposition.Complete call reports after each customer visit and attempted telephone contact.Responsible to ensure that credit applications for new facilities including renewals are correctly prepared in accordance to PDD.Primary accountability for credit risk of portfolio and house keeping issues like deferrals, stock and book debt submissions, stock and property insurance, etc.Jointly recommend credit for approval by relevant approving authorities.Identify and generate prospect opportunities.Maintain proactive relationsCross sell products of our bank i.e. Cash management, Salary accounts, Insurance products, FX , CA, TD and Investment Products and increase the share the wallet for allocated accountsAny suspicious transaction must immediately be reported to the supervising officer.Client servicing through the Bank s Outserve mode with the aim of Customer delightLead flow for Cross Border TradeEmbedding principles of Operational Risk Management and Assurance (ORMA) framework in the SME Value Stream:Ensure full compliance with the ORMA Framework.Ensure that all Audits/Control reviews/BRR reviews are cleared at all offices under your purview with no repeat findings / zero tolerance findings in your territory. Ensuring full state of readiness to face surprise audits.To conduct all business operations in compliance with internal policies and external laws / regulations / guidelines. To ensure full compliance with CDC, BCSBI, RBI Outsourcing Policy and other applicable laws/ regulations / guidelines. To drive the compliance culture down the line.To ensure KCSA/KRI sampling, periodicity, record keeping, exception reporting etc conducted accurately as per the process. To be the checker of KCSA for another business as and when required and to conduct the same with promptness and independence.To review the KCSA diligently as and when you are the Line Manager for the KCSA.To conduct the ORMA Optial checks and reviews accurately, if you are the RP or the Line ManagerTo undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.Assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of operational risk and in implementation and management of OR within the Unit.To report Unit s OR issues and losses to UORMTo assist UORM in developing and updating of procedures, controls and monitoring plans for Operational Risk ManagementAct as OR coordinator for the sectionTo adhere to the agreed KCSA plans and approachTo identify and report all exceptions on non-compliance with standard controlsTo identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controlsTo maintain proper record keeping on all KCSA related activitiesTo maintain independence in the conduct of KCSA, i.e. not selecting and reviewing sample of self-performed transactionsTo adhere to the Gifts & Entertainment policyResponsible for Health, Safety & Environment responsibilities as laid out in the HS&E Management System.The job holder must ensure he/she is fully aware of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention / CDD and is trained on the same. He/she must ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. Any suspicious transaction must immediately be reported to the supervising officer. To ensure adherence on an ongoing basis to all requirements of CDD / ML as may be issued from time to time and adherence would be measured with respect to outcome of Group audits and any Quality Assurance Reviews conducted. To ensure that there is No overdue KCSANon-compliance and control weaknesses inherent in the selected samples are detected and duly reportedNo unsatisfactory compliance reviews and audits on the conduct of KCSA and record keepingMaintaining robust controls and monitoring actionsOur Ideal CandidateMBA / CAExperience of 2-3 years in relationship management and sales.In-depth knowledge of products, services and delivery channels available for SME customersInformed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business bankingStrong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.,
