Greeting From India Infoline Securities Limited !!Designation:Relationship Manager - Online Sales

  • Online Sales of DEMAT, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, Derivatives & Trading A/c opening process.
  • Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds.
  • Handling all escalations over the emails and calls (totally an online profile).
  • Maintain client relationship and provide them best service.
  • To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
  • To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
  • To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
