Job Description

  • About the Department: Corporate Banking is a part of CIIB (Corporate Institutional and Investment Banking Group). CIIBG provides a plethora of cutting edge products and solutions to different segments of clients through its various arms - Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions Group and the MNC Business vertical.
  • The Mid-market group is part of Corporate Banking Vertical and typically manages banking related requirement for companies between turnover of Rs 250 Cr and Rs 1500 Cr .(The cut off may vary for locations)
  • Whilst holistic banking solution is the motto but the products that are focus areas and drive the business are lending products, transaction banking products such as cash management and trade finance and treasury products.
Job Role:
  • Running P&L growth and growth on other key business growth parameters(i.e SOH,CA,FX etc) by new acquisition from the targeted segment and deepening of existing relationships, revenue delivery across products, ensure compliance to bank s audits, statutory and regulatory requirements, providing customer experience of higher standards.
  • To drive key bank initiatives collectively with peers.
  • Responsible for account profitability and ensuring that delinquency is minimal by regular monitoring of customer accounts
