We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Renewable Investment - Technical Analyst to work on our projects in Mumbai. To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials:Job Tittle Renewable Investment - Technical Analyst, *Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a STEM subject (ideally in Renewable Energy (Technology or Policy).
• Finance and commercial awareness (through career experience or academic study e g. MBA, finance masters, or equivalent).
• Two to five years business experience, including experience in delivering analysis and insights.

Industry Experience:

• Renewable Energy- Solar Photovoltaics (preferred)

Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Act as a stream resource on projects (with a focus on renewable energy projects) to support the successful delivery of specific outputs individually or as part of a team.
• Help deliver complex technical due diligence and monitoring commissions to a high quality from specific needs to completion.
• Carry out research within client organizations and externally to identify and collect relevant data and information.
• Analyze data to uncover insights that will inform the development of the design of consulting solutions and sales proposals.
• Prepare reports and presentations that can be incorporated into sales proposals and client presentations.
• Present the outcomes of analyses at team meetings to ensure that the insights gained are clearly communicated and propose ways in which these may be leveraged to add value.
• Further develop understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and of client businesses to enable personal performance improvement and career development.
• Creative approach to problem solving and finding solutions based on available information.
• Takes the initiative leading project and team activities under direction as and when required.
• Delivery of a number of high-quality core value propositions from specific needs to completion under direction from Commission Manager and/or Workstream Lead.
• Leads and delivers multiple workstreams under guidance from a senior team member. Achieves project objectives and stretch objectives as defined for each project via team briefings and project initiation. Project work involves interfacing and assisting up to 10 people of any level.

Required Competencies

• Basic understanding of renewable energy market drivers, regulatory regimes and accounting standards and willing to learn.
• Should have 2-5 years of working experience in multiple renewable technologies e.g. Solar, wind etc.
• Advanced research, data gathering and analysis skills.
• Track record in renewable energy sector, including design and engineering, project development or commercial.
• Some knowledge, understanding of at least one of the following expertise areas: business strategy, business planning, economic regulation, asset strategy & management.
• A Development Management and Investment Management mindset to understand how to provide value to investor clients.
• Advanced proficiency with standard desktop applications (e g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Power BI).
• Understand how to utilize large set of data in project context and necessary skills to model and present them.
• Developing consulting skills including project management, relationship management, sector expertise and service line expertise.
• Able to recognize and deal with ambiguity.
• Understanding of Infrastructure/Construction related sector and flexibility to learn and work across different types of infrastructure projects.
• Appetite to collate expertise from around the business to bring to the project. working together as a team for the business sector, not just the individual
• Build and demonstrates own point of view on service area.
• Ability to work independently and strong drive to deliver high quality outputs.
• Excellent written English required,
• A European language(s) in addition to English is highly desirable, but not required.
• A strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of working under pressure.
