Job Description

    This Position on Third party payroll. Job descriptionThe Integration Services Business Renewal Specialist (IS-RS) is a specialist role focused on the renewal of existing maintenance services contracts and business development through the sale of additional hardware with associated services. The IS-RS is expected to manage all activity in the bid phase including renewal presentation and closure of the customer commitment to renew for assigned Customers related to IS maintenance business.Daily data cleansing activity to ensure inventory remains upto date and renewal activity is timely& accurate-
    • In line with Account Teams take the lead on assigned Customer opportunities to renew and expand business and Open & regular communication, updates, statuses with Account
    • React to maintenance renewal quotes provided and manage through the opportunity through to customer commitment. Retain Customer communication as required through the order implementation process
    • Direct written & verbal Customer contact as necessary.
    • Understand the implications of EoL equipment, migration paths and the principals of quoting replacements / upgrades
    • Understand Customer commercial terms (discounts, non-standard margins approved, C/R % approvals, etc.) for assigned Customers. Keep abreast of, and maximize, any partner programs, deal IDs or promotions ensuring application where appropriate to improve pricing competitiveness and/or profitability
    • Follow up quotes directly with Customer in alignment with Regional agreements via email or telephone contact and record the decision in IS Renew. Pass warm leads to Sales where Customer is requesting further info or sales visit before making a decision.
    • Convert quotes to orders using IS Quote tool to complete the QUOTO GOLD Clarify process. Track orders through the Quote To Bill process ensuring smooth implementation and ensure actions necessary to resolve issues are completed by the relevant owners (POCM, GSC etc.)
    • Inform Global Rebates Team of any required partner cases to ensure CSPP metrics & rebates are maximized at all times
    • Manage Customer Inventory reporting, On-boarding and analyzing of data.

    • Ability to provide clear and impactful verbal & written communication, tailored differently when required for target audience
    • Planning, organisation and prioritisation of daily tasks to meet expectations and objectives
    • Good analytical skills and ability to develop, understand and act upon analysis
    • Excellent level of spoken and written English
    • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
    • Experience working at a SaaS vendor will be highly regarded, but not essential
    • Experience and knowledge of Cisco, Riverbed, Huawei would be nice to have
    Education, Qualifications, and Certifications Desirable:
    • Bachelor degree in relevant Field (BSc. IT/B.E/ B. Tech ) any dual degree with BE / BSc with strong academic credentials
    • Excellent level of spoken and written English
    • MS Office ( advanace)
    Experience
    • 1+ years of experience in similar role with a proven track record.
    • Understanding of IT Services, key competitors and business / Customer challenges desirable
    • Knowledge on partner tools is a plus, especially with Cisco tools : CCW, CCW-R
    • Knowledge on IS Tools a plus including QUOTO, GOLD, Pricing Tools, ISCORE, ISQuote ,ISReport,Flip.
