Client Services and Sales - India Mumbai, Maharashtra Accountabilities Responsibility for managing database downloads using Answers Desktop software on time Manage delivery of client databases as per agreed timelines/ frequency/ methodology Responsible for regular tabulation and reports delivery & distribution Adhoc data extract from client databases Provide data dump in spread sheets as and when needed Apply changes to existing templates like product selections Creation of basic PowerPoint presentations and related deliverables Management of new products or other changes to database structure Ensuring successful software installation Conducting software introduction trainings Manage software troubleshooting Work towards changes to Client operating systems impacting Nielsen software Responsible for Client Portal management Requirements Knowledge Sound application knowledge of MS- Office, esp.
