Job Description

    Do you want to design and build next generation business applications using the latest technologies Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally We are looking for a hands-on, Big Data & BI full stack Developer to join our team in Mumbai.Your teamYou ll be working in the Finance Analytics and Reporting department, as part of the Group Technology division in Mumbai. We provide solutions (Cubes, Reports, Dashboard, Data Lake) to our business counterparts, enabling them to perform Analytics on financial data for the benefit of business and customers. You need to have hands on experience in design, development and support of Hadoop, Scala applications. Experience of Azure and Data Bricks will be big plus. Experience of MicroStrategy or any other Reporting / BI tool will be plus., build and maintain Big Data solution for Finance data and reporting/analytics full stack Big data (Hadoop, Impala, SCALA, Spark) skill set is must experience working with Microsoft Azure: Using Azure Blob File System and Databricks experience with Data Warehousing and SQL is must experience working in Unix environment and shell scripting understand the Data Warehousing concepts & Cloud concepts software Engineer focused on developing Big Data application for Reporting and Business Intelligence applications within the finance sector extensive experience with Hadoop, Scala, Spark, Impala and supporting technologies experience of data orchestration using Unix Shell scripts, Autosys experience working with Microsoft Azure: Using Azure Blob File System and Databricks strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out) experience working in a Data warehousing environment, familiar with ETL concepts know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by our SDLC produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum), tools like JIRA and GIT knowledge of MicroStrategy or other Reporting and BI tool (good to have)
