    Job Responsibilities :.The PDM Manager is accountable for managing E&P data and information in Reliance E&P business and support various Digital transformation projects to realize E&P Digital Vision.He/she will be involved in solution design and operational phases of E&P Digital Platform initiatives in collaboration with service providers and user groups.This would include cross-functional data relationship mapping and modelling of existing data classes to new solutions and implementation of the workflows for E&P business life cycle phases from well planning, Drilling and completion, Reservoir management to Production and Abandonment.He/she will ensure consistency of data in corporate data store (Prosource, EDM) and project data store (OpenWorks, Petrel, Geolog etc) and QC the relation between them, by carefully managing metadata.
    • Apply Technical Data Management principles to support studies in Exploration, Field Development and Well Reservoir Management with an emphasis on well and reservoir modeling data and reservoir architecture.
    • Ensure integrity of data and metadata when synchronizing data between applications, project and corporate data stores within the workflow.
    • Design and establish data/information management policies, procedures, standards and naming conventions for smooth business functioning.
    • Actively participate in the implementation E&P Digital Platform initiatives
    • E&P Application Project data mapping, Export and import and Data Transfer across various industry standard applications.
    • Analyse existing data management processes and workflows and drive the required changes to these processes and workflows in co-ordination with the user groups and service providers.
    • Actively participate in data mapping, modelling and development of user interfaces
    • Liaison between the vendor and end-users to escalate critical software problems/bugs which are beyond the scope of first level support.
    • Operational Data Support to end users viz., Geologists, Geophysicists, Reservoir engineers and Production engineers through Data
    The role holder will also responsible for managing the in-house applications being used by RIL E&P.The role holder is required to have good understanding of Data Science concepts and algorithms.Education Requirement :
    • Masters/ bachelor#s degree in petroleum engineering
    Experience Requirement :
    • 3-5 years of work experience in E&P with exposure to Drilling, Reservoir and Production data
    Skills & Competencies :
    • Knowledge of E&P data types (well, seismic, reservoir engineering and production) and work practices gained through working in the subsurface domain.
    • Conversant with various data models (PPDM, EDM, Seabed) and Data exchange standards like WITSML, RESQML and PRODML.
    • Hands on experience and First level Data and Application Support for the following E&P Applications is preferred.
    o Landmark Suite ( Data Management Modules, DSG, Seiswork#s 2D/3D, Post Stack PAL, ZMAP , DTE, Promax, Stratworks)o Landmark Drilling Data Management Suite EDT 5000.14.1 (Open Wells, Well Plan, Compass, Casing Seat,)o Schlumberger (ProSource, Petrel , Eclipse )o ESRI ArcGIS (Arc Map[ArcView] , Arc Catalogue)o Reporting & Analytical Tools (Crystal Reports, Tableau, TIBCO Spot Fire)o Paradigm (Voxel Geo, Geolog)
    • Work experience in Database Querying/update, G&G and Reservoir Application installations, Patch update, License Monitoring
