    • Supporting the Head of WES in Executive and Strategic meetings and with associated activities
    • Overseeing and preparing communications from the Head of WES
    • Supporting the design and delivery of WES-wide meetings and events
    • Undertaking an annual review and refresh of the WES governance calendar and forums attended by Head of WES
    • Develop professional relationships with key stakeholders across WES and wider business, supporting the Head of WES to influence change and enable execution of the WES vision and strategy
    • Act as a proxy for the Head of WES where required /appropriate
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the vision and strategy for WES and play a role in supporting the development, execution, and reporting of this strategy
    • Oversee and report on key WES achievements, facilitating the communication of success stories within and external to WES
    • Play a key leadership role as a prominent member of the broader WES management team ensuring coordination and joined up working
