Location MumbaiResponsibilities1. To work on Quantities take- off from drawings and prepare BOQ etc.2. To prepare tender documents and obtaining the quotation from vendors.3. To compare / evaluate rates and negotiate with vendor offers.4. To be responsible for costing and providing estimates for the projects5. To facilitate and verify billing as per payment terms and replying audit queries.6. To finalize payment schedule for contractors.7. To Cost track and review budget at various intervals of progress.8. To prepare / assist with requisition of materials associated with project.9. To prepare works orders10. To undertake periodic Site visits to acquire details regarding progress of the project.11. To certify and process bills 12. To carry out any other work related to Engineering.13. To coordinate with sites for contracts, billing and other day- to- day matters.14. To assist for correspondence with contractors, site for contract administration etc.15. To carry out any other work assigned by the management from time to time 16. To collate and present MIS on month to month basis.Reporting to General Manager / Dy. General Manager - Construction (Engineering)Qualification & Experience B.E CivilWith 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in real estateKnowledge & Skills Knowledge of costing, estimation, knowledge of M.S. Office, M.S. Project, Primavera, AUTOCAD Good negotiating skills with contractors, Good number crunching, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking.Designation & Compensation () 1. The designation proposed is at the level of Manager / Dy. Manager 2. The designation will depend on the level and depth of experience of the incumbent3.
