Job Description

    *Business Function Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure Job Purpose The role is to manage collection strategy for retail products to enhance productivity of collection team and agencies Key Accountabilities 1) Managing collection strategy for retail products using advance data analysis 2) Preparation of Annual budget, Collection Cost Projection, Provisioning forecast and loss budgets.3) Preparation of Business Score Card (BSC) and KPI for collection team and monthly monitoring of performance4) Preparation and review of process notes and collection SOP5) Design campaign and champion challenger for Telecallers and Field Collection team Job Duties & responsibilities 1) Managing collection strategy for retail products2) Track Debt Collection Agencies (DCA) performance on a daily & monthly basis against MTD target v/s achievement & issuing performance letters monthly3) Preparation of cost and manpower annual budgets 4) Forecast and projection of NSP / NCL, provisioning budget, Annual targets5) Monitoring performance of collection team against targets6) Preparation of Business Score Card (BSC) and KPI for collection team and monthly monitoring of performance7) Implementation of collections projects8) Preparation and review of process notes and collection SOP9) Support auditors for process audit10) Performance monitoring of Collection AgenciesAdditional Responsibilities: 1) Working on implementation of Collection Management system for India Consumer business2) UAT Testing of various modules of Collection Management system(CMS)3) Testing of mobility solution & Agency Management module as part of the CMS implementation4) Liasoning with local & regional technology team for timely delivery of various Collection system module5) Acting as a back-up to system administrator for CMS6) Preparing training document for Collection Management system Required Experience 8- 12 years of experience in Retail Collection Strategy and Analytics (Mortgages, Unsecured Loans, Credit Cards, Small Business Loans) Education / Preferred Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate / MBA Core Competencies 1) Good analytical skills2) Good presentation & negotiation skills3) Good interpersonal skills4) Good knowledge of the industry5) Understanding of legal collections tools like, Sarfaesi, Sec-138, DRT Proceedings and Civil Suits. Technical Competencies 1) Sound knowledge of policies / lending frameworks followed for retail products2) Good knowledge of Collection tools & techniques3) Knowledge of advance excel, SQL, Python,
