We deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help clients with the many complexities they face by leveraging the commercial and investment banking capabilities of the firm. Role Overview Working in partnership with the Head of US Custody , the Asset Aggregation and Reporting role will partner with Private Bankers, Clients and Investors to provide insight into the internal aggregation tools and external product offering clients covet for reporting of marketable securities, direct alternative investments, and performance. The successful candidate will partner with the management team to drive growth of the WMIS aggregation offering and resolving client queries with respect to Custody services. Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner with client facing front office partners to solution reporting needs for existing and new clients to assist in selection of reporting providers that meet client s needs.
    • Review of the SOW (Statement of work)
    • Review first iteration of sample reporting prior to Client distribution.
    • Ownership of process to set up 3rd Party Custodians Data Feeds via LOA (Letter of Authorization).
    • Coordination with banking team and client to backfill historic performance with client s external custodians/alternative investment providers.
    • Partner with Marketing to create internal and external sales materials
    • Relationship management is required with each approved reporting provider
    • Attend and provide input for Quarterly meetings with aggregators to assess performance and ensure client reporting remains up to standards agreed upon at onboarding
    Essential Skills & Experience
    • CA/ MBA with 3+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity
    • Knowledge of the banking business and associated products
    • Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with various functions including Private Bankers, investment professionals, marketing, technology and operations.
    • Prior experience with performance reporting is a plus.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
