Evaluate the competitive projects in the catchment area. Collection of data related to rentals, occupancy rates, water supply situation, related to feasibility study. Work on presentation, interpret data and make appropriate recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning. Recommend ideal development mix, product mix and fair price. Support the Team lead with necessary analysis for financial model (DCF approach) consisting of NPVs, IRRs, ROE, monthly cash flow etc. Assist the Team lead for the presentation and note the MOMs. Write the detailed report after incorporating all the points discussed in the meeting Analyse data and make appropriate interpretations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning. Keep a track of government policies, socio economic conditions and proposed infrastructure having a direct/ indirect bearing on the real estate sector. Keeping abreast of the real estate market in city through primary and secondary research. To prepare quarterly / periodical reports that discusses the trends of respective markets as they unfold every quarter in terms of sales, inventory, price and other indicators describing the residential market dynamics.
