Job Description

  • Design, oversee, execute, and troubleshoot on Cell line geration for production
  • Mammalian cell culture, transient transfection for recombinant protein/antibody expression
  • Stable cell line/ stable cell line pool generation for protein and Antibody using CHO, CHO-K1, Glutamine Synthetase-knockout CHO-K1, HEK293, 293T systems.
  • It will be your responsibility to perform both adherent and suspension cell culture, support downstream process development and process characterisation, as well as if required adhere to regulations such as GDP, GLP and GxP.
  • The candidate should be able to perform stability analysis, basic antibody characterization ( titer, protein A, ELiSA).
  • Manage one or more Research Associates and coordinate workflows across the wider team
  • Identify and implement new methods for cell line generation
  • Experience in a subset of the following areas is highly preferred: tissue culture, FACS, automation, Octet, molecular cloning and protein expression/purification.Interact with cross-functional team leads and coordinate projects with CROs
  • Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records and present results at group meetings and cross-departmental meetings
  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written presentations
  • Strong team player, solution-oriented, strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills
