Job Description

Develop new dye formulations within development projects in are of reactive dyes, disperse dyes:
to support in technical innovation
to ensure the quality research
to improve cost effectiveness
to improve process safety and industrial hygiene
to reduce the environmental impact
Evaluate and implement new additives for dye formulation
Calculation of process costs
Supporting NPI process for new research product
Introduction standardization process into production
Support the REACH team by providing dried/milled samples of crude dyes
Drafting of process instructions and semester reports
Equipment Handling, Annual Maintenance and SOP drafting
Monitoring of the literature and patent activity
Participation in the patenting of new procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENTSEducation: Ph.D., M.Tech, M.Sc.,Experience: Ph.D : 0-3 year relevant experienceM.Tech./M.Sc. : 2-7 year relevant experienceCandidate must have Experience in dyes formulation developmentKnow-how/skills:

Sound know-how in the chemistry of dyes, dyes formulation and dye application in reactive, disperse and pigment dyes.
Expertise in exhaust and Continues dyeing on various Substrate like cotton, polyester, wool, silk ect
Good to have Experience of handling Dyeing machine. Experience working with continuous dyeing padding mangle and stenter for shade matching in Lab
Expertise in handling shade matching machines
communication & presentation skills, project management

Languages: English spoken and written

Perfect in using MS Office
Ability to travel for training and support
Focus on priorities and deliver lab work on time
Ability to work independently
